For any training, classes, or similar services provided, the following late policy applies:
We kindly encourage all clients to arrive on time to ensure the best experience and to respect the time of both our instructors and other participants. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all scheduled sessions. Clients arriving within this timeframe will still be accommodated without any penalties. However, if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, it will not be possible to proceed with the session. In such cases, the session will need to be rescheduled at the client’s earliest convenience. Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed or late sessions beyond the 15-minute grace period.
